Does not work will Old World Blues now, causes a game crash a year in

this mod effectivly makes civil wars the player starts impossible, for example was turning fascist via focus as uk when the civil war triggered the ai had all the cores i previously had meaning i had to go around the whole world in order to end the civil war

hey just so you know this makes italy unplayable because you need compliance to finish many of the focuses and missions (compliance disappears when becoming a core). Otherwise great mod!

The issue appears to have been caused by Millennium Dawn splitting into an old and a new version. I believe the issue was with the new version. It should be fixed now.
