Possible stat idea: Pretty much works like the Wrap Assassin/Sandman, but gives the target Marked for Death. Downside: Scout takes more damage, or has less max health. I'll let Valve worry about how to balance a ranged Marked for Death.

If it can't get it's own stats, I wouldn't mind it as a reskin for the Wrap Assassin.

Yea, it should be a little taller. But still, I'm so wanting to throw dark magic flasks at people this halloween

Maybe make the stick smasher thingy a little taller, but awesome work by the way.
