this building always gets abandoned quickly due to low land value, no matter how many parks i place around it. help please?

@DyslecTiz Nope, Phillie is my name ... and everything i make and upload to here starts with Phillies, the building is a kind op duplicate of a building in Maastricht *Netherlands*

Thanks @[GD]FiLL. But I can also add local RICO stats am I right? I was just surprised about the level because it looks like a typical Parisian or Berlinean social housing project to me. :)
