@Yakasuki I think either during 2024 or 2025, a way to make a separate WOTC compatible version is possible due to what it can do. [example of a possible fix is to only set it to the original base game music in the selection settings, sure is it irritating due to what DLC would need to be added on? Yes, but due to sales, this I think is more than worth the value of cash for that.]

So Config Menu is a whole other mod that MMS needs to function. MMS is a entire system that reworks how music is played in Xcom2. How it sorta works is that it hijacks the music system from vanilla to allow it to be replaced with soundcues from paks. The problem with WOTC is that if you play on WOTC content then the music just duplicates or has issues.

So while the mod plays nice with WOTC I just don't think its worth it until its either fixed, or someone updates MMS for compatability.

@Yakasuki That's the weird thing, the MMS isn't said to work with "WOTC" but the Mod Config Menu is. So I'm assuming it already is (I could be mistaken of course, just wanted to mention it that's all)

unfortunately, no your free to make your own as you wish but I don't plan on making or rereleasing packs until the Music Modding System (MMS) is updated for war of the chosen. Which seems very unlikely.

is there ever gonna be a Reach variant of this?

Can multiple halo soundtracks be used at the same time in one campaign?

weird... It doesn't work on my end and I've tried disabling and re-enabling it. I guess it's just being weird haha. Thanks anyway, op :)

Ya it should still work fine, Though since MMS is outdated changing out the WOTC soundtrack is such a missed opportunity.

It'll probably work anyway, I tried out MMS on WOTC and it works fine so far, along with a music pack called Blood. Although it probably is a little worse for wear considering MMS was last updated in 2016.

as much as i would love to, updating this mod with the WOTC development tools would not do anything do to MMS being outdated. As I've stated before i won't update this mod unless someone makes a new MMS or if MMS updates. Feel free to update it on your own though.

I was attempting it at one point but abandoned it after I realised that robojumper was probably not going to update his Music Modding System for War of the Chosen. Sadly I am not pursuing to do more music packs until it is updated.

Do a Reach music pack please! In my opinion it has the best music!

@Maj.Bleeder This sounds more like a Music Modding System problem more than a music pack problem. I wish i could help you resolve this but unfortunatly i cannot.

so ive been having a issue with the audio mix, basically the original music plays instead of the halo music but i can still hear the halo music in the background, this isnt super priority to answear as the mix doesnt bother me to much but id like to get it resolved...somehow lol

@Vantave yes, i made sure that they each had diffrent file names so they can be installed together.

@cammang1124 Hey man would like to say i couldn't get anything from battlefront II, but i found the full soundtrack for commando pretty fast. So instead of just a regular music pack i've decided it will just be a star wars commando music pack, you cool with that or would you rather have the battlefront OST because i can still try and look for it.

@Yakasuki Before I forget, I don't know much about modding, but I know there are a lot of Star Wars music mods for Stellaris and Hearts of Iron 4. There may be one for Europa Universalis 4 as well. So I'm not sure, but I think it can be done. Of course you might want to take that with a grain of salt.
