got it perfect thanks, I want to make custom weapons for this game, but the game file system is incredibly difficult to learn, not sure why they made it so hard.

sorry, so you need a program called GCFScape and then go to where the fof_dir would be, there sould be a fof_dir.vpk. then, open the vpk with gcfscape and extract the folder

Also i do not have fof_dir folder, only fof / sounds and then a very sounds that ive not even heard in-game yet

I know these addons have to fit in with the western feel, but I'll remove this in early november when it doesn't really fit in anymore if I have to.
