does this clash with any other mods?

I take it this mod is no longer being updated but Just to let folks know it does pick up owl pellets. Would be nice if it could have a setting to pick up just the pellets but hey for now this is good., Just need to keep tossing the poop.

It should not be picking up fertilized eggs. And it was still working yesterday... Did you activate the Eggy after placing it?

Unfortunately, I am not sure when or if I will be doing any more updates to my ARK mods.
The group of friends that I had been playing ARK with has moved on to another game so I have been spending my time there with them.

Currently, no, the buff cannot be toggled independantly. But, I will add it to the list of possible upgrades. I have a couple updates I want to finish for the mod in the near future anyways so hopefully it will not be too far off.

Can the Ovi boost be toggled off?

Man those models are so ugly ... but hey the Scooper works well , did I mention their ugly ..lol
If you decide to make new ones can the base be small , but still < one wall high , which is cool.

This collection mod is one of the better ones out , for size and using no power

But it may take an extra day or two since I want to make sure to be able to turn off the collection of fertilized eggs so doesn't scoop up the eggs being hatched...

It does not appear to be collecting the fertilized eggs at the moment so I will be looking to fix that this week as well as seeing if I can determine why in certain cases the collectors do not seem to turn off correctly.

Does this collect Fertilized Eggs or just regular Eggs?

@tyglon i have tried picking them up and placing them back down. I have also tried crafting the items again. The current soloution is to pick them up if the collecting is not needed. the mod is amazing just that turning them off does not actually stop the collection, at least on my server.

I tested on the server I play on at they seemed to turn off and on correctly. But I seem to recall one of my friends running into the same issue at one point. I forget if it was fixed by picking up the device and then putting it back down, or if they replaced it to get everything working correctly. Was the one that is not turning off correctly crafted and placed recently, or has it been around for quite a while?

@tyglon it seems this cant be turned off. not sure what is causing this.

The next update will include the config file options for setting the gather range. I have added the info to the spawn codes discussion thread.

this is a very nice and usefull mod. It works fine and its a simplification to collect poop and eggs!

Added a picture to show sizing with the devices sitting on a metal foundation with a metal wall behind them.
I had intended to add the ability to alter the gather range for the devices, so I will add config lines so the max gather range for each type can be set in the config file. I'll also look at adding an in-game UI to the Scooper to control which sizes of poop it is scooping.
But it will probably be the weekend before I can look too seriously at it.

Would it be possible to add a config line to change the range they scoop from, as well as whether or not small poop is collected? (have a mod that stacks poop to 100, so small won't fill it as quickly, wouldn't mind the option :) )

I had not done a crop scooper since one of the fairly popular mods had added one, but I will revisit it soon since it does fit with the current set of scoopers...

Thanks for a great mod, we're pretty happy about if on our server :)

The November 6,2016 update appears to have resolved the issue that was causing the devices to need to be turned off and back on after server reboots. Please let me know if you still run into it.

For now, when the server is restarted turn the devices off and then back on to properly re-initialize them. I will be looking into resolving that little quirk...

Spawn commands? Hide engram settings?

There is another million mods that is doing the same thing.
