If you are talking about the final area, where you get inside the alien shelter, here's what you have to do.

On the left circular area, there are buttons hidden behind the cocooned girls which, unfortunately, must die to let you flip the switches. Flip all switches and the other circular area will open. Fight the enemy and get the red access card at the top. Insert the access card and face the newly-respawned boss at the first circular area.

Anyone know what to do after the two battlelords after the T-shaped corridor? There's another door I haven't been into and I think I have to go there next, but I can't seem to find a switch for it.
