By cloud i mean the white stuff at the earth, the do move if you look closely. I see now that this isn't your footage so it won't be possible. Thanks for making this tho, it is still nice.

i dont think the clouds move at all
the debree/ meteors probibly not as it depends on who recorded the footage orgiganally
