There is a vehicle Goodyear Blimp on the workshop, but it's about 10Mb.

just a thought but couldnt this be made on an airplane template? and then make an airport/ blimp pad

I waited too long to see it in the game too, but it would be interesting if it could fly through the city, like the helicopter mod attached to a vehicle (Police Helicopter). If you can make it move will be fantastic! I almost cried remembering the wonderful SimCity 4 ...
