Adding a disguise mask to an undisguised spy is the fastest way to make the actual disguised mask meaningless. You could use a picture of the merc and not have any other cosmetics on, which would confuse the hell out of everyone in the game.

i wan't to put a picture of a furry on it and then sneak into the convention and probably get a few backstabs along the way inside

i think someone already did that just without the backstabbing

To the idea of porn, 1. how whould that even fit in that frame? 2. you can only put a face on there at leasts! and third it would be ignorable as its just a hat and not a sign.

As much as I like the idea, you give people an inch they'll take a mile. A better idea, have different styles like the blank TF logo and other TF2 stuff. Anything but a decal though
