I would prefer to just stay subscribed, but both mods change the same file, so I would like to use your graphics. Hey, I found a bug. When I run a Minister mod, it changes the name of the National Spirits and whacks out the designers names. Can you look at that when you get the chance to?

I have made a full version for Japan but it is setup from my Expanded Government mod (more & unique minister slots). I had hoped to get the EG mod out before Christmas and still hope to get it finished soon & making two version just seems like too much work for such a short time. I still need to get Italy & the Soviet Union done and they will likely be in Black & White images. Then I will release a full Expanded Government mod.

Updated to work with HOI IV torch 1.3.1 with or without Together for Victory.

Please post any bugs.

I will say there are bigger issues like the AI for players really to be concerned about. This mod will get a minor update soon (should be savegame compatible). As I type I am working on a pack for England.

This is a woefully under-appreciated mod. Honestly, I'm surprised nobody has complained about the severe lack of ministers and advisors that the US has access to.
