does this work on regular maps or only customs because i just played on gorodo krovi and game was ended after i went down even thou this was active???

click on mods, in black ops menu, then click load on mod. Will make you LvL 1 while mod is loaded. To unload go back to mods in menu and unload mod.

dont why say it dont work when once i found out how to activate it. it worked first try on the first map a modded map at that an it gave me every perk but yeah if you have mods no progression

You don't. No mod will give you that benefit. All progress is removed and ungainable, while a mod is enabled.
