There's just one thing I noticed: the rate of fire seems to be a bit too low. I am not sure about the MG-3, but I watched a few YouTube videos of MG-42 firing at shooting ranges and it's definitely higher than what I see in Arma 3. The MG-3 should be below that, but not much.
Could be the "BWMod" or "PBW: Bundeswehr Kleiderkammer"

Is there also a MG3 with normal (Box) Mag?
And is it possible to use the "Fliegervisier" (AA-Sight) on the normal MG3?
Keep in mind both the Marksman DLC GPMGs use magnum rounds- 9.3 Brennecke and .338 Norma are both significantly more potent rounds than even 7.92x57mm Mauser, they are ALWAYS going to be, shot for short, more potent. The benefit of the MG3 and 42 always has been suppressive capability, which both have in spades.
