when you have downloaded and activated the mod in your game, just check the available vehicles, somewhere between engines and cars will be some numbers. Add one of it with the desired speed somewhere in your train.

I can not seem to get this to work. I really want it to. So I can have my Maintance train going slower than the make has made it go at.

Best mod ever for this game, was thinking to suggest the developer to add such a feature.

when you buy trains in the depot, (editing or just buying new.) look under V in alphabetically order. i scrolled a few times over it not seeing it. because i have more train mods installed. i also supplied a screenshot so you know where to look. (;

i cant find the mod when it is installed. not in my depot, not before or after i buy a train.

can you make a few screenshots so i know what i am looking for? because i fail to find it and im frustratingly trying for 15 mins, reading comments and looking on google to no avail.

This mod could be a big thing if you updated the discription and made some screenshots or a video on how to avoid this; 'i dont know what the hell im looking for' stupid people like me. thank you for the great work anyway (:

@cherry3k I had similar problem. Mod is invisible or game crashes when I combine it with other vehicles mods.

@cherry3k go to your train depot, make sure you have no filter set and scroll down the list... there will be some speed limit indicators like in the preview pic that you can add to your trains

dear friends, I don't know how to active this mod. when I active this mod from 'available mod' and I start game, nothing happened or changed. it is unable to change any train speed even in depot. please let me know how to use this mod please

which is not true. Current Parcel InterCity trains have a Vmax of 140km/h. They used to go up to 160km/h but it made no sense. The German rail system had some capacity problems with higher speeds so they reduced it.

Perfect. German Freight Trains have actually a VMax from 120 Km/h :D
