This could also be done with even other maps as well.
Thank you for the warning, I appreciate it.
In case they think about it tho:
It would be silly to delete this, since it does not contain any Nintendo resources.
All the textures were created in Photoshop and look different from the Mario Kart map it was inspired by. Take a closer look and it becomes obvious (for example, the floor).
And Mr. Ball & Chain is innocent, he was created in Maya without even using any form of reference. He's just a sphere with teeth.
Sadly, the developers of the gamemode never released it to the public, and their servers are now dead.
there's a teleporter on the left side of the garage. Enter it and noclip down onto the map
The map was designed for the GMR gamemode, which uses a trigger_kill entity that's not available in other gamemodes. So they'll only kill you in the game mode they were designed for.
Not updating the map anymore, just recently made this map public because the GMR server it was uploaded on is gone.
Good job creating this btw, looks really good.
I doubt they used this map, but considering the layout is designed after a map in Mario Kart 64, there are probably a few other maps that look similar.

Then I made my own HD remakes of the textures (with some artistic freedom), and added some hazards that can kill you in the GMR game mode (the chain chomps and the rising water, and the button in the middle that flips the bridges)
