This is not only beautiful but also very functional. I think I have 3 or 4 of them in my current city, which I have placed whenever traffic has gotten heavy. It's so useful. Congrats on a well done job!

Quite possibly, Anything is possible in Cities: Skylines so I will give it a go, only thing will be making it aesthetically pleasing but yes certainly should be possible.

Use Extra Landscaping Tools by BloodyPenguin. It lets you terraform the land and then adds the ability to place water sources like in the map editor but in game.
