these look great! I thought I would only use this style of parking lot sparingly. However it's nicely detailed, so it can add variety among other size or styles of parking lots. Nice work, thanks for sharing :)

These parking lot really useful and works, but some previews (icons) are missing on the panel.

that is on the list, but I've run though a couple iterations of the texture and havent' been happy. But rest assured, it'll happen soon ;-)

Thanks @Badi_Dea would be great for you to release textures as dependencies/props. Happyt os end a minigame over as thank you. Add me. Would love to be able to use these in other variations.

No props were used, this was made as a building with some transparent textures, it has no dependencies. :-)

I'm not a huge fan of props or decals - the oil stains are drawn in photoshop.
I'll think about making a set, but it'll be a little while; got bigger (much) bigger assets to make ^_^
