@ammar123ivy Depending on how you installed wiremod, if it is installed via workshop. You can find it in the Wiremod folder in your addons folder on the bottom right side of your spawnlist. If it is installed via a local copy in your addons folder, you would need extended spawnmenu to find it as local addons aren't displayed by default. The best way would be to search plane in the spawnmenu or to simply type "gm_spawn models/holograms/plane.mdl" in your console to spawn the prop.

Either at the very top or bottom of your material browser. Or if you have extended spawnmenu, you can find it by opening Browse Materials at the bottom and finding Tank Texture Pack.
