So I just tried it with a new prison and everything seems to be working, maybe make sure that you have a foreman available and you've gone into the logistics tab, other than that I'm not sure what could be wrong.

Island Bound update screwed with the base-game room settings. Custom rooms no longer work I believe, unless Paradox and/or Workshop Authors have already fixed this.

I'm not aware of any mod capable of that, it would certainly be beyond a simple mod. The more prisoners you have, the more likely some of them will choose to participate. The skill required for my mod is "practical", which is the easiest level of difficulty for prisoners, which helps with recruiting enough prisoners for work.

So there's no way to change the "Interested" factors into "Queued"? That's a shame.

Despite what The Emperor commands, the prisoners may still not obey. Try telling your prisoners, "I find your lack of faith disturbing."

Is there a way to force prisoners to work? The Emperor demands it for the Imperial Guard.

can confirm, mod works great! I think.. not entirely sure bout the exports part, maybe cuz of mods I have that may conflict with it somehow.

Does it work with the current update?

@NetworkSeal I did the training aspect for balancing purposes, it shouldn't take too long to train your prisoners but when you download the mod you should be able to edit the files fairly quickly and either remove or decrease the time needed to train the prisoners. If you go to the mod folder under (I believe) AppData, go to the Gun Manufacturing (which is a slew of numbers that you will have to find in the folder)-> jobs.txt, and change the "Qualification" to something else or none, and I believe that should work. You have to have an empty slot so that the foreman can teach. If you don't have an open foreman, you can't do the class.

one question: who will give the class if the foreman is teaching in the workshop?
