I got it three times in a row in under a second in a gunfight best RNG I like it very much.
Needs to replace all death sounds with different pitches of the scream.

As far as I know only files that already exist can be changed to have an effect. I can definitely try that, though.

Is there a limit to how many sounds you can have for each faction? You could just name them deathrattle1 deathrattle2 etc. I've never tried modding in source, I'm just spitballing here.

I don't think you can have multiple files with the same file name in the same folder, unfortunately, which is how the sounds are modified. I'll add a version where the sound can play for all the factions.

I just thought of something: What if you re-add the original sounds multiple times? If you have 5 copies of each of the original death sounds, but just one copy of the Wilhelm. Is that possible? And would it make the Wilhelm less likely to play than the other death sounds?

I wish I could make it less common too, but as far as I know all the dead sound effects have an equal chance of playing. That is why I only added it for the Desperados.

Lets use defenition 2, as it is more relevant. Lets get say a terrible meme. Say harambe. Harambe is a actual thing, yet more people just find it a funny meme. This has got all of 2 attributes, and also 1's. Wilhelm scream is not posted on places like facebook. Harambe is. Wilhelm scream is not that humorous in nature, its only thought to be funny. It is not copied and spreaded nor are there many variations.

TL DR: (Trigger warning) Your definition of a meme is wrong.
