You have to set up bus lines and they will spawn randomly, IIRC.
However, you can also download a transport mod (don't recall the name) to manually set the model of bus on each route.

Hello, I am no longer making models for Cities Skylines so I can't help you with that.
Maybe you can find someone else who can make the texture for you and apply it to this model.
