it still works for the current game version all you get is a warning nothing more.
all the plants and tobacco, along sidethe sickness still works :)

Apparently this mod is not popular enough for a fork since it has been two years since an update. It would be great if VGP Garden Medicine incorporated this.

To better reflect real life withdrawal, the mood debuff should be high in the beginning but slowly reduce with time, because a -25 is a real pain. Maybe from -30 to -5?

I LOVE using this mod to produce trade goods. I would love a bulk recipe on the drug table. I usually grow a HUGE plot of tobacco and end up with thousands of tobacco leaves, which take forever to roll into cigarettes.

@gen.mlk564 1.0 is currently not supported, technically, but it works flawlessly in-game. The only indication that it is outdated is in the mod menu. Prepare for massive cancers though.

Yeah. My guys are getting aggressive lung cancer and asthma all over the place, but there hasn't been any problems with the mod. Still wouldn't mind an update though, it sticks out like a sore, red thumb in my mods list. :)

@Peppers Despite this mod being outdated, I have never had any problems running it to full functionality. You can safely use this mod. :)

@Zando On one had you have people like you playing an unstable version 1.0 of Rimworld and asking for mod updates to a beta version of the game. On the other you have people who play on a stable version of the game B19. He cant make everybody happy for free and still live a life outside of modding games for you!

@Horagen81 Good to know thanks :-) i'm a few hours in and nothing has broken yet so i am optimistic! i was a bit concerned when mod manager wanted me to confirm that it could break my save if i used it though! just need to get my lazy colonists started on my Tobacco industry!

I think I played for 8 hours or so since my last comment and no issue as far as I can see with this mod.
As for "VGP Garden" I have never used it so I can not say sorry Kyle Thorne I can not answer that one for you

Just wondering if anyone has had issues using this mod alongside VGP Garden Medicine as it adds tobacco too. In my game I have two tobacco plants one from this mod and one from Garden Medicine. I know this mod has not been updated for 1.0 yet but as Horagen81 says below it seems to work so far. Thank you.

Oh and to clarify those cigarrets and cigars I smoked was from my own crafting spot that my colonist crafted.

The mod works perfectly well on 1.0 version there is right now. I can grow and smoke so far cigars cigarrets choco I have ben able to "get" from a trader and no cd or any errors on my end.

OPS: Save and exit , new game and load no problems detected if there is any bugs well I have not seen them.

Mycroft, so far i can only confirm that you can grow tabacco. Haven't checked if the cigarette recipes are avaible at the crafting spot though.

has anyone tested whether or not this still functions in 1.0? certain mods don't seem to have any difference at all between B19 and 1.0, this may still be fully functional.
