Found them. They are in an obscure folder maintained by Steam as Workshop content. You have to drill down into folders with ID numbers to find them.

mh never heard of that - when you subscribe to one in in steam, it gets the modid as folder. The name of the mod file is the name chosen by the author when the mod is first created. The name in the steam workshop can be different and is chosen when the mod is published from the mod kit.
if they all had the same name (basic), they should still be in separated workshop folders. For my mods the file names are a bit different, for example the bagpack of holding is bag of holding and mindoor sandbox version is just sandbox -didnt want to change that because the filename is part of the reference for objects in the mod editor

@HeroinAction ... I'm trying to figure out the modding system and have found that not all mods have a mod folder. I'm guessing it's because many of the authors have modded the same file (basic.mod) and when it is downloaded it auto-merges the downloaded file into the basic.mod file. Any idea if that is the case?

mh i think you'll find another mod in the workshop which does approximately what you want (there are a lot of bagpack mods out there)

I have a request, can the stackability be increased more? 50 is good, but if I want to move an absurd amount of resources, as I do large, infrequent trade runs, it can get irritating to carry a stack of 50 and another of 10 for something.

plz make the backpack has 50 bonus just like Umbra backpack, I cant Inviso the umbra backpack, so i want use ur mod. but ur backpack have no bonus plz add it i really want it

loving the mod. I hated that I needed pack animals to do any kind of long term exploration and that they were always a hassle to bring loot with since you cant open containers with pack animals

Great mod btw but imo the backpack should be at least 30k or a rare npc that is very hard to kill only has it since it is such a cheaty item.

was the bag in your inventory? because if i put filled bags in base storage they have dissapeared / emptied for me as well.. same if i drop them on the ground and leave the cell..

the whole bag diassapeared and all items in it , twice , all that *work* gone , lol !

like the bag is disappearing or items from it? - i never had that happen, but since the pack is a modified base item it s likely a vanilla issue with all backpacks - has somebody a similar issue?

getting the backpack fairly easy , it dissapearing from my back is not , it has all my food and medical and building materials , twice this has happened , any reason why or suggestions to fix it would be appreciated .

i don't think so jojobe but the shinobi thieves at the hub or any travel merchant or the hive caravans have them.. never had any problems getting one..

also afaik you can't craft vanilla backpacks either..

is there a blue print for this.

@Prehistoric & Sol Tarano--> Check with the ninjas (in tower) at Hub. I have seen them around the world, but Hub was close by and central to my start.
