Ysolda should just be following her normal routes throughout whiterun, as I did not change any of her daily stuff. Try checking the inn, or her house, or sometimes she hangs around the market.

Thanks for the input Syn and Captain Homosexual (lel), at the time I was just looking to make ysolda a bit better looking and have nicer clothes (regardless of her not being around the cloud district very often) so maybe next I can mess up her story even more by giving her a mansion lol. Could really use a not lore friendly tag or something
