This works with 1.33, but mind you, if you're allied to them, they'll break their alliance shortly after the royal marriage due to your CB being seen as domineering.

is there an option to turn this off for AI make it player only so AI dosent change their relation to domineering stance and has a CB against u

Didn't exactly work for me, but I have other diplomatic mods, so a mod conflict may have occurred, so I'm not sure.

Yes they get it, but I haven't tried to see if the AI use it since you get a stability hit of -1 from attacking someone that you have royal ties with
