Thanks! I'm really happy with the way it turned out. I was already starting work on a German brewpub because the music in one of the restaurants already sounded German to me - stay tuned!

- Now host/hostess starts the day around 7:30 - will prep the host stand and the go get breakfast assuming you have a place nearby. Then they are back at 8:30 and people start to arrive around lunch hour - it's then busy throughout the rest of the day into the late evening. It's the little details

...just noticed that when the crates are being unpacked it shows the actual chairs used in the restaurant - didn't plan for this, but it worked out great. I put up a pic

Notes:

- would like to add special services required by the restaurant (courier service, bottled water delivery)
- would like to have the restaurant open for lunch - I tried different settings but settled on having it open from 4:00 pm - midnight because that worked most consistently. If there is a similar setting for the "working hours" used in offices I would like to apply it here

Please let me know any changes or suggestions and I will do my best to implement them!

Features:

- windows are aligned properly so that the outside view is always visible
- patrons are able to sit at the bar and at the right side tables (total seating 7 at any given time)
- employees work behind the host stand and the bar as well!
- very highly detailed
- this eatery is upper crust and demands 18 prestige to consider your building
- contract price of $1,200 to be accepted and then $855 or so to start construction
- utilities required: phone, cable, gas, water & electrical
- once the restaurant gets into full swing will average about $1,500 in revenue/day
- the restaurant is always busy with activity and often lines will form
- requires trash on the same floor (if someone can tell me how to add a recycling tag I will add it in)

A swanky high-end seafood restaurant/grill for your building!

How to use - look under level 3 restaurants and you will see "Premium Seafood" near the bottom. The name of the company is Longshore Seafood Grill - it's fictional. You must start a contract (ad) for $1,200 and then wait 10 hours. Then it's $855 or so to build out the restaurant.

* includes actual mounted fish!! if you want a version without the fish, post in the comments and I will upload one - but I think it looks pretty cool! *
