Aesthetically, it reminds me of Axel from Twisted Metal 2. Using the reaction from rotating ballasts was pretty cool! The cannon with infinite ammo can also be used to give more speed. =D

I made a simplistic vanilla one...didnt looked so good, but it`s a pretty good as weapon and nice vehicle...gonna take a look at yours. bet it`s amazing.
