On facepunch, there is a guy that has made them. Check on google "UT2004 facepunch", and you should be able to find something

That's not a solution to the problem.
The title should be "Unreal Tournament 2004 Weapon Props" or "Props: Unreal Tournament 2004 Weapons".
With the current title, and how professional the thumbnail is, I assumed they were fully functional SWeps.
