Why is it so easy to bankrupt this map

Something is really weird with the terrain heights on this map specifically. Like the height differences are twice as high as in vanilla Parkitect. When opened in the Scenario Editor it has the same issue.

Any chance on limiting the researched rides? Currently you can build anything which is a bummer for those of us looking for some progression
