the mod makes the hazard stuff like flame traps n saws...
and everyone here in the comments is wearing terraspark boots and talking about femboys with trap remix of EMF in the background

Funny. I actually misunderstood the mod's intent for boys that look like girls. Still, a good mod because it can be useful for creating your own dungeons or something.

So when I read the title of the mod, I thought that the Crafting Station was the trap, like it looks like a normal Crafting Table, but then you try to use it and it blows up. But maybe that's something else that should exist as a recipie. You could make Crafting Station Trap at the Trap Crafting Station.

Do the traps affect friendly NPCs like crew members? Does the Monster Deed spawn summon unique monsters or just the randomly generated ones?

This spawner already existed in game assets, I just slightly edited it and made craftable.
You can find it in \objects\spawner

did you make this? is there any way to find out where the creatures are created from? i havent actually tried it yet but im just curious as to how it goes about assorting the parts to make a new monster. thanks for the reply homie

as far as i know, randomly generated monsters that ARENT part of the 57 unique collectible pets are generated in correlation to the plants ID, so if i use the random monster spawner where is it getting the code for the creatures its making? will the different creatures it spawns always be unique?

Traps deal damage to monsters and NPCs. Crewmembers should take damage too, I gues x)
But sawblade and tesla deal damage only to players.

I should warn you - since 1.1 only Boulder Trap and WALL-B can deal damage to enemies.

Can you position the Crystal Traps in multiple angles? As I have a mod that lets me print them as part of racial crafting but that only lets you place them to fire upwards!

All traps from first screenshot do deal damage to monstets. But I'll see if saw and tesla could be changed to damage enemies.

So these traps don't damage enemies? It seems like you'd probably want to change that as part of the mod, else there isn't all that much reason to setup traps. If not within this mod, within a companion mod.
