Mod seems to cause high pitch beeps and glitchy sounds? Other than that I much prefer the sound, but I have to disable :(

mostly use those mods on co op / pvp I just use my vanilla setup and play the official servers.
Problem solved, what ever you implement .. it's totally fine by me. I like it

If the server has the mod and everyone in the server has the same sounds then I apologize, that would not be cheating. Maybe put in the description that this is a server side mod.

Nah, A bunch of servers have started throwing Randy Savage, aka the Macho Man, with the American forces. I don't know why so many have done it... But I love it.

If they are louder its cheating. Probably not against any workshop rules or steam rules, but its cheating regardless.
