Good mod, but it changes the name of the Scroll. (It only includes one scroll and, with a quick look through the comments, I can see why.)

i hate that had to carry 60 pounds worth of elder scrolls :Hewgo: (dragon, blood & sun ones)
i then found out you can sell the dragon one to the college of winterhold librarian guy, :steamhappy: and thanks to this mod, i dont have to worry about the other two!

ahh yeah i was about to say thats where it crashed, that would make sense as i only have hearthstone and dawnguard not dragonborn.

Ah, that would be why. I added the DLC books, so I guess if you don't have the DLC, it break. I'll revert this plugin back to the vanilla books, and make two seperate plugins for the books from Dragonborn/Dawnguard.

The mod itself caused the game to crash. I had not played Skyrim in a while. When I loaded it up recently, it would consistently crash right after the initial Bethesda logo. At first I thought it may have been SkyUI or SKSE. But after reinstalling both SKSE and Skyrim completely, the problem persisted. Using Nexus Mod Manager to individually select/deselect mods, Weightless Books was the single mod to cause Skyrim to crash. I do not have any DLC for Skyrim, just the base game.

I have been having this mod installed since 2012 and it now causes Skyrim to crash, I was able to single out this mod as the cause. The mod worked fine until now. Wonder if anyone else has been experiencing the same issues.

Ok is this all scrolls or just the 1st 1 if it is all then there is a bug I have 2 they still has the 20 waight I sold the 1st one so couldn't check that one the 2 are elder scroll sun and blood her are the links

To add a bit of hilarity to this you could remove the aspect of gravity from all books in the game, literally making them weightless. The slightest bump would send books of all kinds gracefully floating into the atmosphere. Granted this might be somewhat annoying for things like quest books and what-not, but these can always be cemented in place of course :D

The scroll is by far weightless, i wanted to throw that thing into it's own time warp just to get rid of it ^.^ until i realised once it's useless you can go and sell it to the orc at winterhold mage guild :)

the elder scroll is a bad example because most of the time it will be your quest item and because of that, weightless anyways.

A weight limit of zero might be unrealistic, but this IS just a game and I hated having to run back to caves three or four times to collect all the loot, of which books are a major part. So call me Hoarder, I am keeping this one.

I like lords idea, if we can somehow make it more lore friendly. Maybe a binder of sorts, that has a set weight of 10 or 5, that you can document your books in? or recipes? or something?
