Awesome. It looks nasty, and more medicine-related items for the Medic are always a plus. Out of all the classes, the good doctor seems to have the fewest accessories. (I want a t op hat for the Medic, dammit!) Yikes, I just realized that as a trained biologist with interest in history of science and medicine, I can name all those tools. Does that make me a science geek?

I'm not sure if all that fresh blood encrusting the tools isn't a bit... excessive, though? After all, even if the Medic does not seem to be a big believer in antisepsis (I guess the Medigun also sterilizes wounds), a good doctor should keep his tools clean or they will start to rust. Alternatively, the RED version gets the blood stains and the BLU version is clean.

I like the green-glowing vials (standard Mad Science colour), but adding custom-color and team-color options would be a plus.

I like this a lot. Medic-like items for the medic is always a plus.

Although, the vials look a little odd being green. I think they would look a lot better team colored. Maybe make it a separate style? That way, this can also match the Emerald Jarate if one wants it to.

I am angry.
Not because of this item looks bad. No. It's because I had the same idea!
But I am not good in 3D editing (well actually I don't know anything about it) and only have some scribblings how it could look. But this is AMAZING! I thought more about "real" medical instruments like scisors and knifes, but this is as brutal as the medic is.
I think I have to thank you. Not for thinking, what I think - no - for saving my time. How much time would it take, if I would make this item? - Too long!
