I really liked this design and had to cover up some hydrogen Extractors, original is all wood so had to redo in steel and add guns shield, armoured windows etc, because the pervy Zirax kept sending drones to spy on sun bathing guests. House has been upsted to be climate controlled, added 02 tanks to support this. Also removed a floating plant and made a small change to the area the constructor is in. Left all lighting as that can be changed if you prefer fewer lights.

A beautiful base! Two small quibbles, though:

- The doors are lovely and fit the theme of the house well, but aren't airtight. I've swapped them out for 1x2 forcefields on mine.
- All those lights are pretty, but having them all turned on wrecks my framerate. I had to turn them all off, and then only turn on 5 or so of them; otherwise framerate makes the house completely unusable.

Both of those are easy for the player to fix, though!

Sorry. In manufacturing says it contains forbidden blocks or the wrong version. I can not create it it's a shame it looked great

Katey, I love this! I spawned it into Akua and dug out the basement (had dirt after spawning).
I planned on using it for a n interstellar hotel but I think we're keeping it as our base.

Found the problem. Have to spawn it and save it to get it to update to latest version. Then the save will work fine.

@Leaf I checked for errors in creative and have SPAWNED in both creative and Survival with no issues. The house works fine for me. Also had my husband check it and it's working just fine.

Creative mode allows you to spawn anything, even if illegal or with 500 turrets on it.

@Leaf I just logged in to the current version of the game and had no issues spawing the Beach House and find no errors. I did this from creative mode.

@UKSharon I'm waiting for the New Update of 7.0 to go live before updating. I can't wait to build more items and update my older ones. I'm in the process of working on this then will do final testing once 7 is live.

i cant get it to go low enough to put down stairs are always up in the high really high any suggestions please as to why it wont go down level

I don't know if you are aware of the civilian structure thread Hummel posted on Emperion website. I just wanted to see if you wanted to share your creations with the dev team to add to the game. They would look really cool in modular cities. Anyways here is the link:
