In Payday 2, Mercy Hospital is a DLC (I think) map. The model for Bill here comes from that, yea?

i found the issue it uses ellis arm model and when i use a skin for ellis it changes to bill on this mod

Probably is fov. I've changed a lot of the games cvars in some of my addons. Could be anyone of them. Cheers.

I suggest you disable any mod that might possibly change weapon behavior. Also, try setting the FOV to something normal if you have changed it. Other than that, I don't know what to suggest, since I cannot reproduce this problem you are having.

I'm not using any pistol mods, I do use a weapons mod that changes weapon behaviours but nothing visual, addon-wise. It just doesn't show bills hands when holding pistols.
