A pan is a pan it's loud and now with a handle that doesn't burn my hands when cooking, 10/10 safety comes first

@Dr. Tobias : Regarding the ammo, there's no way to retrieve any data. There might be a very tricky way for the grenade launcher, to know how many pellets would have been fired, but I never researched that.

@Dr. Tobias : How this pan works is that the opacity of the blood gradually changes from 0 to 5 kills (full opacity at 5 kills). Then at 2 and 5 kills (IIRC), it changes the model by showing/hiding VMTs. The three "levels" of damage are all stacked in the model, but only 2 shows at a time.

@Dr. Tobias : No. I intended to make a quick guide about Melee DMG but never finished it. The only data avaliable to change textures / hide or show VMT is if the number of killed infected with the melee weapon is 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 (you could put a different texture for each of these kill count), but once you've killed 5+ infected, the "skin" is locked. Interestingly, the skin natively transfers to the world model when you drop the melee weapon.

is it possible to connect the blood to the ammo? like if ammo falls below 80% then it gets bloody?

Dr. Tobias: IIRC this pan had a double layer texture, one with the blood and one without.
Replaying the VTFs should suffice, as long as you also replace the blood VTF.
For the Chainsaw, I can't get it to work better than what I already did, since it uses a sort of glitchy state that does weird stuff I cannot really control.

How can I send you the texture?

I made a Tefal frying pan texture for the pan, but not sure how to make it rng with the current texture, is it possible?

(there are a few different vmt files which point to the pan.vtf and there is already some code which looks very similar to your normal rng code i use in my mods)

ps. how's it going with the chainsaw blood idea?
