@ redrabbit3: Any sound replacer that changes Desert Eagle's sound should work with this one.

@ supremewormy: The one handed animations are from older version that reused slightly modified m1900 animations. I reanimated the weapon later.

@ supremewormy: Try redownloading it. Workshop messes up sometimes.

Would be nice if it replaced the pistols instead the Deagle one, give some love to the pistol users out there!

I liked the previous ones better than this one, I'm not saying this ones are bad, they are quite good, but i felt better using the 1 handed one

You make some great mods. I was wondering if you do requests. If so I've been looking all over the place for a mod of the Borchardt C93 pistol. But obviously have been fruitless. @ Медвед: Fair enough. I'm in middle of making survivor replacers, but I'll think about it after finishing them.

@ Tööttieläin: I don't like using dual pistols either, but I find magnums too rare to go through the trouble of finding one just so I can use one pistol, so I just avoid grabbing a second pistol.
In short, I don't dual pistol, but I don't like looking for magnums either, and I really want to use this high quality Luger model of yours.

@ Медвед: There is already mod to make C96 replace dual pistols. As for this one, I think I've answered the question already in the comment section. Short version: I don't use dual pistols, but I might convert it later when I have more time.

Ever thought about making this, as well as the C96, a mod for the regular pistols? They seem more appropriate considering the bullets they use.

@ Derpify: I think you mean the weapons submitted to US military pistol trials (the same that in the end gave 1911). There were 2 made of those, if I'm not mistaken.

@ Tööttieläin: Ah I see. Well, there WAS a .45 luger prototype that wasn't mass produced. In fact, I think there was like 12 of them in existence. I don't know the exact number.

@ Derpify: My playing style more of aiming with care than spraying and praying. So, I've simply replaced the weapon I'm more likely to use.

When thinking about caliber, none of my Desert Eagle replacers really are comparable in power to it (I guess closest is .45). And in the end there are really not so many high powered older handguns out there. If total realism was my whole point, Desert Eagle probably wouldn't get replaced at all.

Why would you make a 9mm luger into the desert eagle? It would be a lot more fitting as a normal pistol replacer because i'm fairly certain it's the same caliber as the stock 'pea-shooters'.
I mean it looks alright otherwise.

@ SSStylish: I personally don't like the "pea-shooters", but I might convert this to dual pistols later when I have more time and if there's demand for it.

@ Sighanide: It's held with only one hand, because that's how soldiers were taught to wield them back in the day. I feel it's more fitting than modern "tactical" way of holding it.

It's good but can you make it so that the viewmodel makes it so that the character holds it with both hands?
