Lefondesin
I wouldn't have any problems myself playing with this wonder in-game as it currently is.
4 happiness
3 culture
2 GE points
and +3 culture/+1 production from marble and stone.
All for 300 production/engineering, which IMO would be fine. It has potential to be tweaked if you get a location with 2-3 marble/stone, but such situationally high-rewards are what make this wonder exciting :)
I would suggest cutting the static culture bonus and great engineer points to 1 each, and remove the happiness bonus.
OR
I would suggest cutting off the golden age. 300 production for a pile of useful stats and a situational culture bonus would be fair I think. Still tweaked probably, but it would be enough to make it feel somewhat in line with other entry-level medieval wonders.
