It's a cool building, but I think it would look better if you scaled it down a bit. It's too big and the design doesn't with wit the huge size.

@Generic Name I don't use RICO either but you can use this - you'll find this building under unique buildings. Also, great name :D

Something odd about this building. It never gets visitors, only workers.

Can this be used without RICO? I'm using Bofomer's Building Themes mod which apparently conflicts with RICO but I would love to have this building.

The problem with this mod is that this building does not exist in real life. Seriously, this is some genius architecture. I'd love this hotel to exist just for the sake of beautiful architecture. xD

Hi there! I saw your comment on my asset (a large high school). This asset looks very cool! Suprised you can make this one within 10m! The method I used to make my asset is quite dumb. I used Sketchup make the model first, colour the faces with different colours (for me to identify which texture to put on which face), the imported the model to 3ds Max, unwrap the UV, render the diffuse map, and used PS to edit the diffuse map. The texture is almost made by my hands. I did try to use 3ds Max for UV mapping before, it nearly burned my laptop when I apply the material to the surface. Would you mind to leave your email address then I can send through the files? Then you may check and better understand what I said if you don't mind. Afterall, thanks heaps for your comment!
