i haven't seen it spawn in my city, but i have seen your Old Navy and Walgreens... maybe I just don't have the fruit stand

This would work good with a store closing sign. The Fresh Market is going out of business.

Love this but the sign looks a bit bright compared to the rest of the washed out colors. Also, this asset requires an additional asset according to the loading screen mod.

Love all your retail buildings and apartments! They all look really realistic and fits well in my cities. I do have a request for you to make a Lowe's Home Improvement store a modern Ingles supermarket or a wholesale club (i.e Sams Club, Costco). Thanks for all the hardwork you put into your buildings and keep em coming!
