A small docking platform works best, ie some built up blocks that would be central where you want the sv to land, elsewise you would need docking pads on the the sfoils themselves which would take a way from the looks a little but is a more versatile solution. apologies for slow reply

having trouble docking this and an xwing that tend to land on their "wings" This seems to keep the SV out of a "docked" state. any suggestions?

sure :) but i wont upload it, it ended up with being a TIE without wings and 4 Gatlings and 4 rockets as arment, it is not a really good desing :/ sorry

There is a double shutter on top of the cockpit. In atmosphere or under gravity you just drop down into it but in space you have to align yourself over it and descend. To exit just jet pack out.

This vessel looks great and is set up nice with one exception:

Getting into the cockpit is harder than any other vessel I have tried.

If I am missing a spot to enter from the outside please tell me where.

If your referring to the 45 degree angled part specifically the easiest way I can think of explaining it is as follows.

looking at the ship from the front on if you took the top left angled section of the wing i built the bottom row of 45 degree angled blocks the buil a block directly on top and built the next angled section to the right of that block then deleted the block which was directly above the first angled row.

I hope this helps wrote in a rush before I leave for work.

Hes got that right, On a couple of my ships (wont name, not here to gloat), i did some large sheildwalls like that for that very reason, it proves quite efffective

I remember reading a discussion about how AoE weapons penetrate several blocks deep into armor, rendering the armor ineffective as internal systems still get broken.

A ship designed like a tie fighter, with armor panels offset from the main hull of the ship with lots of empty space between, could be an answer to this problem, better protecting internal systems from damage.

Ls.Charge Sv for ammo. Neodymium, Erestrum and Zascosium are the less common minerals needed for construction.

Were you able to solve the issue? adv. constructor is definately able to make the Ls.Charge Sv.

For me the research icon for pulse lasers required me to scroll over for it to be visible but if you're making the ship i would thought you already have the tech researched.

u have to learn pulse laser weapon for sv in tech tree before u can make ammo for it

Thanks for the quick reply. I restarted the game and same problem. I can only make Ls.Charge CV ammo. Where do you go to make the SV version. I have an advanced constructor so can make everything.

Hey, I just spawwned an X1 and it loaded fine from all three ammo boxs for me. the only time ammo failed to load was when there was insuffiecient ammo to povide all guns with a round (ie under 6 rounds).

Are you definately loading the right ammo, Ls.Charge Sv?

maybe try restarting the game in case of some issue there.

I tested and updated the workshop file, let me know if your still having issues and see what i can do.

The ammo is not loading for the lasers. Please help.
