Actually, I'm using a mod that decides how many residences are in all my buildings now, and it works fine, so if you just have a NON-RICO, LEVEL 5, copy of this residential building that would be fantastic.
I've been waiting since January 12th for an answer to my question .... but never got it. I just read my question again and feel sooooo foolish. I addressed it to the wrong modder.
When you finish laughing at my faux paux, could you check out my January 12th questions, and ignore that I directed them to someone named Vecxarius. I have no idea now where I got that modders name. Feel soooo dumb.

Oh Yes, almost forgot a very important request. Since it won't be Rico'd it will need to be set at Level 5 so it won't change into anything else by "leveling up".

Love your beautiful building. Had it all over in my 81-tile gamesave and would have kept it there, but I'm having problems with RICO'd buildings.....so I have an urgent question for you.
Do you have, on the Workshop, a NON-Rico version of this residential building and does it have 50 or more homes in it? If so, what is the link to that. I'd like to plop it back into all the spots I've had to remove the Rico'd version from.

Because this asset is quite huge, so it's LOD has more stringent requirements just like those skyscraper next to it. ( Texture can not be too vague )
Hi, the LOD seems fine to me. I need to convert those balconies to textures to reduce the tri counts of the LOd. Nobody wants a 700 tris just for an LOD :) Can you send me a screenshot?
