Great asset. I use crossings mod to create a good look next to the road.

btw I'll be glad to see some of your screenshoots with the assets integrated in your city :). The most beautifull will go in the first picture of the asset gallery. GO GO !

it's like christmas everytime someone uploads Dubai-assets that's not me :)
Tried it out and it looks awesome in-game with the Dubai Marina buildings

Need is not absolute, it's only when you wan tto use it from just one side :) (like you were in dubai actualy ;D )
