can you put the build more then one time in your game i have a Kroger building and it want let me put another Kroger building any where in the city i'm building?

Alright cool, thanks. Wasn't sure if the sub-building enabler was built into the game in quite the same way as the mod, or if maybe it worked different and had broken this particular building.
