Okay I made the subbuildings-enabler version and it also has the ploppable RICO definition-xml in it.

Very nice! :D A subbuildings version would be wonderful as larger footprints isn't updated anymore and will most likely break at some point. :)

As for RICO stats I'd suggest high density commercial level 2 with 200-250 workers (follows the worker per square for normal zoneable hd commercial).

An excellent addition to the workshop- we need more large department stores. Would be great to have a few UK stores such as Harrods, Selfridges, Liberty, Debenhams, John Lewis,Harvey Nicols also an Anercrombie & Fitch, Bloomingdales, Tiffany

Yes i am sorry . Its bigger than it can be in the game. The biggest size is 16x8 and its 16x12. Maybe you will larger footprints mod an d i will see if i make a subbuildings version of it.
