You can just download download it on gamebanana. make a folder in the custom folder(Call it ''My_Mods'' or something like that). and you just slap the materials folder in there.

is there a way you could make this a replacment of the default games demoman because having another file just for a little extra facial hair seems kinda dumb (no offense I love this mod)
