Actually yeah got it working.... while the game is active - alt-tab to get back to the steam screen, unsubscribe and subscribe again. When you're on the "select leagues" screen press back and it should come up in a tickbox.

Ive added it and seen the "custom" button in the editor game data. However when i loaded the game up - it was still the same squads from the official winter update. Can you help please?

it works Then Unsubscribe and subscribe again.
Then start the game. New Game and there is a editor data button where you can use custom.
