@SonOfNitrous noted. I'll do it probably by tomorrow. I forgot to make a RICO version of it. However, if you have an urgent need for a RICO of this, you may do so by doing it in-game on the settings panel. The only downside is that it won't have an icon.

Is it RICO already?) btw you can make a single version with RICO - those who don't have it will have building as a unique/park.

@Headspike Unique buildings with RICO properties will act as (Residential, Industry, Commercial or Office, whichever the asset creator chose) buildings when plopped. You can search for this RICO mod on the workshop. It's a great mod.

@Headspike I'm using Blender. I use a specular map for the glass effect. You might wanna check it on google or in skylines wiki.

Witch software use u for making building and the glasses have cities skylines texture how did you do that?
