if you"re wondering how to spawn them go to console (~) or (`) and type help ancient. and press page up and find ancient dragon scale armor ect. same for all but instead of ancient i like the ancient the most in my opinion ( ancient is the one he has equiped on

See, that is constructive feedback that I appreciate very much, thank you.
There are some things to keep in mind. First of all, the armor value scales with your amor skill. So the difference will be greater than just 6 points. The values you see in the table are just the base values in game terms. Now, also imagine if you upgrade and enchant it.
Second of all, the game is not over when you defeat Alduin, obviously. It can still be better than many other armors the player may have.
Finally, for most people, the look means a lot.
I am just providing the opportunity to have those armors in the best possible lore friendly and convinient way. For free.

Well it really doesn't matter having alduin scales if you can only craft the armour set after killing alduin, when you probably already have enchanted dragonscale armour or something like it. But if you already have strong dragonscale armour, why would you just make entirely new set just for the looks and for like what? +6 armour rating? Hell, that's not smart man, at least if you ask me.

As the description states, it does not replace the normal dragonscale armor, but allows you to get new scales from higher level dragons to craft better armor.
Closest to blue is the frost dragon.

Is there a blue?

Does it retexture the normal dragonscale? Or does it keep it, and add collored variants?

Do you have any other mods installed that change dragons? Like Deadly Dragons? If so, then it is probably the reason why.

I'm having trouble finding any coloured scales even though i've killed a bunch of coloured dragons. Any idea why?

Cyrax, I think you should make a mod with Colored Dragon Weapons that match the armors., along with arrows. and Kai, if you can get a lot of iron ingots, make iron daggers until level 50, make gold jewlery (I prefer rings) till level 80-85 and then Ebony/Glass till 100. Takes about 20-30 hours in-game to achieve it 100% legit, as an unexperienced miner, but if you know a bunch of the places to get those specific ingots, it should take half as long. took me about 10 hours (estimate) in-game to get 100 from that method. other than that, it'll take a while to get it. Good luck, though. (and when I say in-game, I mean I spent 10 hours over a period of time actually playing the game 'non-stop')
