Source Engine supports only one active camera. I do not know whether these limits apply to SFM. But most likely, that there is one camera showing the scene itself and another that transmits an image on TV ..... this is a miracle.
In short, address with this question to a more knowledgeable people).

Any way to make multiple monitors display different images using render target cameras? Like if each monitor was designated a different camera.
